1. DM us on Instagram. Send your idea to @otkydach_usa — a logo, some text, a rough sketch, or just describe it in words.
2. We talk it through personally. No forms, no bots — you communicate directly with us and our designer.
3. We experiment. Placement, size, colors, layout — we test options until it looks exactly right.
4. We make it by hand. Your custom mask is sewn in our Chicago workshop, one by one.
