Return Eligibility
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly:
- All sales are final and non-refundable once the digital guide is downloaded or accessed.
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or accidental purchase.
- In case of technical issues preventing access to the guide, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request Support
If you experience any problems with your purchase (e.g., inability to download or access the file), follow these steps:

- We’ll provide assistance within 24–48 hours and ensure you can access your product.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate purchases (proof of duplicate payment required).
- Incorrect product delivery due to a system error.
Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges and Corrections
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. However, if you accidentally receive the wrong guide, we’ll ensure you receive the correct file at no additional charge.
Protecting Digital Access
For security reasons and to prevent unauthorized sharing:
- Download links are limited to a specific number of downloads per purchase.
- Sharing or redistributing purchased guides is strictly prohibited.
