Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your OTKYDACH purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • You must contact us before sending the item back.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, custom-made, personalized, and made-to-request designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@otkydach.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue.

If the problem is our fault, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because many OTKYDACH products are handmade and production may begin shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If production or customization has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

OTKYDACH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or has a delivery issue, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country, unless these charges were collected at checkout.

International shipping and customs processing times may vary by destination.
